Sophie began her dance journey at the age of three at Andrea Rowsell Academy of Dance in Taree, NSW, where she absolutely fell in love with performing. She had the opportunity to perform and compete at both local and international levels.

Sophie trained in Ballet, Jazz, Contemporary, and Tap, completing all levels of the RAD Ballet syllabus up to and including Advanced 2, as well as the full LGTDA Tap syllabus, earning High Distinctions across all grades. In 2020, Sophie completed her Teacher’s Exam.In 2021, she moved to Sydney to complete her Advanced Diploma in Performing Arts at ED5 International.

In class, Sophie is passionate about creating a supportive and inspiring environment where students of all levels can explore their creativity, develop strong technique, and express themselves through dance.
