Music and Movement
This class is recommended for children aged 18months – 3 years (according to parent’s discretion younger applicants are also welcome but walking is essential). Classes include fun action songs, locomotor dances and exploration of different instruments. Each class includes a little unstructured time at the beginning and end for children to explore the soft obstacles, props and musical instruments in their own time.
This class is designed to help toddlers: improve their fine and gross motor co-ordination; develop an appreciation for many genres of music; improve their attention span; practice socialising with other children; and become part of a creative community. This class is an entry point for children to enjoy and appreciate music and the preforming arts. Parents will be required to be present for these classes.
