Jodie began her studies with Julie Kemp School of Ballet in Sydney. She furthered her training at the McDonald College where she performed with the Premiere State Ballet, performing in Suite en Blanc, and solo roles in Paquita.

Jodie then went on to finish her training at the Australian Ballet School, where she toured and performed with the Dancers Company in Snuggle Pot and Cuddle Pie. During this time she also had the privilege of performing with the Australian Ballet Company in Manon.

Jodie has been a RAD teachers for fifteen years and many of her former students have gone on to perform in various dance companies around the world includingHouston Ballet, Western Australian Ballet, Queenland Ballet and Sydney Dance Company.

Jodie takes great pride in teaching all levels of ballet, assisting students to enjoy the genre and gains great satisfaction in assisting dancers in fulfilling and realising their full potential.
