Our End of Year Performance Junior Show, Lights, Camera, Toys!, will be held on Saturday 1 November at Glen Street Theatre, Belrose at 2.00 pm.

REHEARSAL

A compulsory rehearsal will be held on Saturday 25 October at Ecole's Studio from 1.00 pm to 2.30 pm.  Your Ecole uniform should be worn to the rehearsal, with your hair in a neat low ponytail. Students should bring all required dance shoes.

PERFORMANCE

Saturday 1 November at Glen Street Theatre, Belrose. Refer to the map below. Students to arrive at 12.30 pm. The Performance will commence at 2.00 pm and conclude at 3.15 pm.​ Please arrive in your costume or uniform (refer to your emailed Performance note) with your hair done. The Performance at Glen Street Theatre on Saturday 1 November replaces all regular Junior classes held at Ecole.

PARKING AND STUDENT SIGN-IN/SIGN-OUT

Students are required to be signed in by their parent/carer. The sign-in area is next to the loading dock, via the carpark. It is on the left hand side of the building, next to the Oval. Do not enter the Foyer to sign students in. Detailed information can be found below under Sign-in and Sign-out.

TICKETS

Ticket sales are handled by Glen Street Theatre. Tickets go on sale on Tuesday 23 September at 10.00 am. The ticket purchase button is below.

RECORDING

No photos or videos are allowed during the Performance. WinkiPop Media will be onsite to take photos during the Performance. These will be available to purchase several days later from their website. We will email details to families. Moving Pictures will be filming the Performance. A link to the recording of the Performance will be emailed to you prior to the end of Term.

COSTUMES

Keep Costumes will be handed to students at the end of the compulsory rehearsal on Saturday, 25 October at Ecole's studios. If the student is in more than one dance, their second costume will be transported to Glen Street Theatre by Ecole Staff. Students hiring costumes should come to the Performance in their Ecole uniform. Their hired costume will be at the Theatre.

 

Students should have all of their required dance shoes for the rehearsal and performance. All Ballet students are required to have new theatrical pink tights, as well as a spare pair in their bag. Tights can be purchased from Ecole. Shoes must be MDM or Bloch canvas ballet shoes. Jazz students should have MDM or Bloch elastaboot slip on black jazz shoes.

All students in the Junior show should refer to their Performance Note for detailed hair instructions.

MAKE-UP

Junior students are NOT required to wear make-up for the performance.
