Anika started her dance journey with Ballet in Hong Kong when she was 3 years old. She quickly discovered her passion for dance and has trained in Classical Ballet, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Musical Theatre and Tap. Anika joined Ecole when she was 10 years old and has been dancing at Ecole ever since. She has completed her RAD Ballet Exams up to and including Advanced 1. 

Anika is currently undertaking Musical Theatre Full-time studies at Brent Street in Sydney. She has a love of performing, not only through dance, but with acting and singing as well. Throughout her senior years at school Anika studied dance, music and drama. Anika has performed in lead roles for Ecole’s senior ballet productions as well as lead and chorus roles in musical theatre productions at several Sydney schools. Anika represented Ecole in  solo and group eisteddfods for five years.

As a former Ecole student herself, Anika understands the Ecole ethos and hopes to inspire a younger generation of dancers and performers, the way she was inspired as a student at Ecole. Anika has a strong commitment to the performing arts in all forms and can’t wait to share her experience and passion for this with her students.
