Lauren Seymour Workshop

A huge thank you to Lauren Seymour (voted Australia’s favourite dancer on Channel 10’s hit show ‘So You Think You Can Dance’) for joining us for our 2018 Summer School Commercial Jazz and Contemporary Workshop. We all had a fantastic time and learnt so much. Thank you for helping us on our dance journeys!

Summer School January 2018

Thank you to all the students who celebrated Summer School with us. Students enjoyed a fun and relaxed holiday camp and tried out a broad range of dance genres. We had wonderful time!!

Junior Summer School: Throughout the dance camp, the Junior students had the opportunity to learn ballet, demi character, lyrical dance, drama, jazz, art and craft, musical theatre/singing as well as dress ups and fun games.  The Intermediate students participated in Open Ballet class, Demi character, Pilates/Ballwork, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Leaps Jumps and Turns, Character and Drama.  Teachers included - Miss Elise, Miss Rhiannon, Miss Tahnee, Miss Erica, Miss Hannah, Miss Emma.

Pre-Senior & Senior Summer School: The students danced a range of styles including Classical Ballet, Pilates/Ballwork, Repertoire, Pas de deux, Lyrical, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop and had a Physiotherapy Talk by Ali from Sydney Advanced Physiotherapy. Teachers included – Elise Farrar, Camille Erskine, Radim Kafka, Shelley Moore, Hayley Doran, Adele Kahler, Jimmy Franklin.
